I'm sure most of you have heard the phrases:

“‘I carry the weight of the world on my shoulders”

“I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest”

We carry Stress in our shoulders, neck and back.

 while we store Anxiety and Panic in our chests; at times we feel we cannot breathe.

Stretch your arms out in front of you

Entwine your hands together

Bending your elbows, lift your hands over your head & place them on the nape of your neck

Press your elbows outwards

Feel your shoulders and chest locking

Breathe in Healing Energy through your nose from God

Release The Trigger on your outbreath through your mouth.

Do this for as long as is necessary for the stress, anxiety of panic to leave. This wont heal your Past Trauma Memory or your PTSD; but it is an effective tool to have in your armor; to be able to take back better control of whatever environment you find yourself in.
